Are grain bowls still a thing? I mean, I know they were really popular last summer (hence, my Buddha bowl post last year).

I came across this recipe by sheer mistake. I was actually trying out a new veggie burger recipe when this hummus was created.

If you ask any chef around what their least favorite question is, guaranteed the majority will answer, “What’s your favorite thing to cook?”.

Last week I was in the grocery store and spotted “beet chips” in the snack aisle. What?!?

Every Monday I work at a private chef/catering company. I shlep it to Spanish Harlem at 3 in the morning to do all the prep for the week.

When I was doing my meal delivery services, I’d often get requests for what people wanted to see on the menu the following month.

It’s July. While this means BBQs and beaches for most of you, for me it means I’m a culinary school graduate!

Last year for my birthday a friend of mine got me a membership to CostCo. I was stoked!
